HUD Allows Increased Distributions to Owners of HUD-Assisted Multifamily Rental Projects

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has expanded its rules to permit increased distributions to owners of certain multifamily rental projects that receive HUD assistance, particularly those with Section 8 project-based assistance and below-market rents.
