DOE Releases Special Environmental Analysis for Cerro Grande Fire Response at Los Alamos National Laboratory

The Department of Energy has released a special environmental analysis detailing the environmental impacts of emergency actions taken in response to the Cerro Grande Fire at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, from May to November 2000. The analysis was prepared to comply with the Council on Environmental Quality's National Environmental Policy Act regulations and will be used to implement mitigation measures at the laboratory.
