Elk Mound Combustion Turbine Project Receives Finding of No Significant Impact

The Rural Utilities Service has approved a proposal by Dairyland Power Cooperative to build a 49 MW combustion turbine facility in Wisconsin, meeting the company's peak electrical load, with the potential to expand to 60 acres of land.
