EPA Approves Arkansas State Implementation Plan Recodification and Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the recodification and revisions to the Arkansas State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes updates to the state's Operating Permits Program and the prevention of significant deterioration of air quality, replacing increments for total suspended particulates with increments for particulate matter less than 10 micrometers.
