Notice To Extend Public Comment Period for Red-Cockaded Woodpecker Recovery Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is extending the public comment period for its revised recovery plan for the critically endangered red-cockaded woodpecker by 30 days, from September 13, 2000, to December 13, 2000, due to the complexity of the plan and requests from a federal agency and a private organization.
