EPA Waives Penalties for Companies Implementing Slotted Guidepole Emission Reduction Controls

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is waiving penalties for companies that participate in the Storage Tank Emission Reduction Partnership Program by installing controls to reduce emissions from slotted guidepoles at NSPS Subpart Ka and Kb tanks, with a deadline for notification set at June 12, 2000.
