U.S. Amends Proclamation to Display Flag at Half-Staff in Respect of USS Cole Victims

The U.S. government has amended Proclamation 7362 to display the American flag at half-staff as a mark of respect for those who died on the United States Navy destroyer USS Cole, which was attacked in 2000
