EPA Proposes Approval of District of Columbia's Nitrogen Oxides Budget Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the District of Columbia, which implements a regional nitrogen oxides cap and trade program aimed at reducing emissions within the Ozone Transport Region, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
