EPA Proposes Approval of Air Quality Plan for Washington, D.C. Area
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of a plan to reduce air pollution in the Washington, D.C. area, which must meet a 9% reduction in emissions of ozone-causing pollutants by 1999.
