EPA Proposes Consent Agreement for Clean Water Act Violations in San Buenaventura, Inviting Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of a proposed Consent Agreement for alleged Clean Water Act violations in the City of San Buenaventura, and is inviting the public to comment on the proposal. The EPA is authorized to assess a civil penalty under the Clean Water Act for alleged violations of section 405 of the Act.
