EPA Extends Norflurazon Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the time-limited tolerances for combined residues of the herbicide norflurazon and its desmethl metabolite in bermudagrass forage and hay for an additional 2-year period, following an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
