Ferrocarril Mexicano, S.A. de C.V. (Ferromex), a common carrier in Mexico, has submitted a request to participate in an existing railroad agreement for the pooling of services related to multilevel cars used to transport motor vehicles and boxcars used to transport automobile parts, primarily for international traffic between Mexico, the US, and Canada.
