FSIS Reopens Comment Period on HACCP Petition for 60 Days

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is reopening the comment period on a petition to amend its Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations for 60 days, following a petition from several trade associations.
