Social Security Administration Proposes Changes to SSI Overpayment Recovery

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is proposing modifications to its regulations regarding the recovery of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) overpayments, allowing for the selective disclosure of information to consumer reporting agencies and administrative offset against other federal payments.
