Funding for Fiscal Year 2000: Capacity Building for Community Development and Affordable Housing

The HUD Appropriations Act of 2000 allocated $26,250,000 for community development and affordable housing initiatives, with $20 million divided equally between the Enterprise Foundation and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, and additional funds allocated to Habitat for Humanity and Youthbuild USA.
