EPA Proposes Settlement with AT&T Broadband, LLC for Clean Water Act Violations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has entered into a proposed consent agreement with AT&T Broadband, LLC to resolve violations of the Clean Water Act, following the discovery of inadequate Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans at eight facilities storing diesel oil in above ground tanks. The EPA is seeking public comment on the proposed settlement and final order.
