EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement with Qwest Communications International, Inc. Over Clean Water Act Violations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to a settlement with Qwest Communications International, Inc. to address violations of the Clean Water Act, following the failure to prepare Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans for 35 facilities storing diesel oil in above-ground tanks.
