Notice of Granted Buy America Waiver for Ticket Vending Machine Manufacturers

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has granted a waiver to allow ticket vending machine manufacturers to use Giesecke & Devrient's banknote identification modules as domestic products for Buy America compliance, effective until a domestic source becomes available.
