Notice of Granted Buy America Waiver

The Federal Trade Administration (FTA) has granted a Buy America waiver to Mars Electronics International, allowing the company to use a banknote handling unit (BHU) manufactured by Mars as a domestic product for two years, until a domestic source becomes available. The waiver was granted on July 21, 2000, and applies to ticket vending machine manufacturers.
