EPA Proposes Revisions to Texas State Implementation Plan for Ozone Nonattainment Areas

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to take direct final action on revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan, aiming to improve ozone levels in the Beaumont/Port Arthur, Houston/Galveston, and Dallas/Fort Worth nonattainment areas, and to maintain the standard in the rest of the state.
