EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Missouri's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that includes a statewide visible emissions rule and the rescission of four areawide visible emissions rules, following a direct final rule without prior proposal due to the Agency's expectation of no adverse comments.
