EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Missouri, which updates a St. Louis SIP-approved ordinance and revises two incinerator permits, with no public comment period planned if no adverse comments are received.
