EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Amendment for Emission Data and Operating Permits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved an amendment to Missouri's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that will ensure federal enforceability of the state's air program rule revisions and maintain consistency between the state-adopted rules and the approved SIP and part 70 programs, which govern the submission of emission data, emission fees, and process information, as well as operating permits.
