Office of Personnel Management Withdraws Proposal to Revise Administrative Law Judges Regulations

The Office of Personnel Management is withdrawing its proposal to revise the appointment, pay, and removal of administrative law judges regulations, which was published on February 23, 1998, and will instead publish a revised proposal inviting new public comment.
