Office of Personnel Management Issues Interim Placement Assistance and Reduction in Force Regulations

The Office of Personnel Management is replacing references to the repealed Job Training Partnership Act with references to the new Workforce Investment Act of 1998 in its interim placement assistance and reduction in force regulations.
