AT&T Corp. to Pay Penalty for Clean Water Act Violations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reached a settlement with AT&T Corp. to resolve violations of the Clean Water Act, following the company's failure to prepare Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans for 24 facilities storing diesel oil in above-ground tanks.
