EPA Releases Additional Details on Proposed Rule to Reduce Portland Cement Kiln NOx Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available extra information on nitrogen oxide emissions from cement kilns in connection with its proposed rule to curb ozone pollution by limiting NOx emissions, with the aim of reducing interstate transport of ozone and improving air quality in affected states.
