The Minerals Management Advisory Board Outer Continental Shelf Scientific Committee will hold a plenary session at the Chateau Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, from November 28-30, 2000, to discuss the OCS Environmental Studies Program and other topics. The meeting is open to the public and will be led by the Director of MMS.
