Reclamation Proposes Rehabilitation Plan for Arrowrock Dam Outlet Works

The Bureau of Reclamation has prepared a draft environmental impact statement to assess alternatives for rehabilitating the outlet works at Arrowrock Dam, including removing 10 Ensign valves and replacing them with clamshell gates, with a preferred alternative requiring a longer reservoir drawdown period.
