Kiwifruit Grown in California; Decreased Assessment Rate

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for kiwifruit grown in California from $0.05 to $0.03 per 22-pound container, effective for the 2000-2001 fiscal period and beyond. The change will remain in place unless modified or terminated.
