FEMA to Host Forum on Alternative Methods for Rating Flood Insurance Policies

FEMA is planning a forum to explore the possibility of developing a desktop system that allows insurance agents to access necessary risk and elevation data at their desks, in an effort to improve the rating of flood insurance policies and support the National Flood Insurance Program's floodplain management requirements.
