EPA Approves Connecticut's Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has converted its limited approval of Connecticut's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for an enhanced vehicle inspection and maintenance (I/M) program to a full approval, following the state's submission of revised sections that meet EPA's conditions.
