EPA Reissues National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit for Industrial Activities

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reissued its NPDES Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for industrial facilities, which was first introduced in 1995 and has undergone several amendments since then, with the final version being proposed in 2000 and reissued today.
