Amendments to Vehicle Inspection Maintenance Program Requirements Incorporating the Onboard Diagnostic Check; Reopening of Comment Period

The U.S. Department of Transportation is reopening the public comment period for proposed rule changes to the vehicle inspection maintenance program, which includes an onboard diagnostic check.
