The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a public notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for a proposed highway project in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California, as part of the California Department of Transportation's (Caltrans) plans to upgrade the highway infrastructure.
