Office of Special Counsel Issues Final Rule on Whistleblower Complaints and Disclosures

The Office of Special Counsel is updating its regulations to provide clearer guidelines for filing complaints of prohibited personnel practices and disclosures of wrongdoing in federal agencies, and to streamline the process for submitting allegations and requests for forms.
