Horseshoe Crab; Interstate Fishery Management Plans; Cancellation of Moratorium

The Secretary of Commerce has cancelled the Federal moratorium on horseshoe crab fishing in Virginia waters, allowing the possession and landing of the crabs, following Virginia's compliance with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Interstate Fishery Management Plan.
