EPA Seeks Comments on Revised TSCA Priority Testing List and Proposed Reporting Rule

The EPA is requesting public comments on the revised Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Priority Testing List and a proposed reporting rule for certain chemicals, following the release of the 43rd Report by the TSCA Interagency Testing Committee (ITC) on November 19, 1998.
