EPA Deletes Publicker Industries Inc. Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the Publicker Industries Inc. Superfund Site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to successful remediation under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
