EPA Submits Renewal and Revision of Oil Pollution Act Facility Response Plan Requirements for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a renewal and revision of an information collection request for the implementation of the Oil Pollution Act facility response plan requirements to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
