U.S. Department of Education Proposes Revised Sexual Harassment Guidance

The U.S. Department of Education is proposing a revised version of its 1997 sexual harassment guidance, which aims to address recent Supreme Court cases and provide educational institutions with guidance on investigating and resolving allegations of student-on-student or third-party harassment, in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
