Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Public Comment on Permit Applications for Delhi Sands Flower-Loving Fly Habitat Development

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting public comment on permit applications from Serenata LLC, the West San Bernardino County Water District, and others for the development of five sites in Colton and Rialto, California, which may harm the endangered Delhi Sands flower-loving fly.
