EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Ozone Attainment Demonstrations in Serious Nonattainment Areas

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for proposed ozone attainment demonstrations in serious nonattainment areas by 15 days, bringing the total review period to 30 days. This action supplements the proposed rules for four regions: Greater Connecticut, New York-New Jersey-Connecticut, Springfield, Massachusetts, Washington, DC-Virginia-Maryland, and Atlanta, Georgia.
