Sanpete County Requests Rebate for Local Water Development Projects Under Central Utah Project Completion Act

Sanpete County is seeking a rebate of ad valorem taxes paid to the Central Utah Water Conservation District (CUWCD) to fund 35% of local water development projects, as required by the Central Utah Project Completion Act. The county had previously requested federal funding for the projects in 1996.
