FEMA Submits Request for Federal Assistance Form for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a proposed information collection to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to document requests for Federal assistance and resulting mission assignments to other Federal agencies.
