EPA Seeks Pre-Proposals for Water Quality Cooperative Agreements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is inviting eligible entities to submit pre-proposal applications for innovative projects addressing water pollution prevention, reduction, and elimination, with a focus on cooling water intake issues, under the Clean Water Act Section 104(b)(3).
