HUD Proposes Revision to ICDBG Program Application Process

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has proposed a rule to simplify the application process for the Indian Community Development Block Grants program for Indian Tribes and Alaska Native Villages, incorporating the grant application and selection procedures into HUD's SuperNOFA process.
