Availability of U.S. Patent for Ceramic Ferroelectric Composite Materials with Enhanced Electronic Properties for Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or Partially-Exclusive Licensing

The U.S. Department of the Army, represented by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, is seeking to license a U.S. patent for ceramic ferroelectric composite materials with enhanced electronic properties to any party interested in manufacturing, using, and/or selling devices or processes covered by this patent.
