EPA Approves and Disapproves Wisconsin's Great Lakes Guidance Submission

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its review of Wisconsin's submission to the Clean Water Act, approving elements consistent with the 1995 Water Quality Guidance for the Great Lakes System and disapproving those not meeting the standards, as required by the Act.
