The National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research proposes funding priorities for accessible education-based IT, DBTACs, and a TBI data center to address national needs and improve rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities, under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Disability and Rehabilitation Research Projects and Centers Program.
